Challenges
Before starting the Digi Smart Control project, our main challenge was to thoroughly understand the requirements of the quality control sector in the manufacturing industry. It was crucial to understand the processes and needs in order to adapt the solution to the real expectations of the users. An additional challenge was to integrate the application with measuring devices such as scales and callipers, ensuring data completeness and accuracy. It was also important to develop an intuitive user interface that supports quality control processes and facilitates data and documentation management.
Solution
Digi Smart Control is an advanced quality control support software that integrates with measurement devices, eliminating paper documentation through automatic data collection. The system alerts on measurement errors, speeding up problem identification, and provides real-time data visualisation to support analysis and decisions. A web application provides access from any device, automates updates and aligns processes with Industry 4.0 requirements.
