ESYS 3.0 is an innovative system for utility cost settlement, designed for Energosystem, a company serving housing cooperatives and property management entities. The system consists of two parts: an advanced web application for employees (ES-Application) and an intuitive online service (ES-Portal) for customers and tenants. ESYS 3.0 is a thoroughly rebuilt and modernized version of the previous system, created to increase work efficiency, improve user experience, and adapt to the latest technological standards in the era of digital transformation.

Challenge
The ESYS 3.0 project required a new system to replace the legacy solution, retaining proven functionality and streamlining processes. A key challenge was to port complex business logic and algorithms and migrate large amounts of data, while maintaining data integrity. Designing an intuitive user interface compliant with WCAG 2.1 ensured that the system was accessible to people with different levels of technical sophistication.

Solution
ESYS 3.0 is a modernised, web-based utility billing system, resulting from the redevelopment of the legacy ES-Application. Converting to a web-based application eliminated the need for installation, ensured automatic updates, increased security and WCAG 2.1 compliance. The new ES-Portal allows customers to view consumption and download bills from any device. The upgrade has streamlined data management, improved operational efficiency and laid the foundation for Energosystem's continued growth.

Development of web applications
Our experience in web application development allowed for the transformation of ES-Application and the creation of ES-Portal as advanced web applications. Thanks to this solution, we eliminated the need to install software on individual workstations, which reduced IT infrastructure maintenance costs and enabled easy access to the system from any location and device with internet access. The benefit is increased system availability and improved user comfort, both for employees and Energosystem customers.
Custom software development
Our knowledge in custom software development allowed for the transfer of complex algorithms and business logic to a modern platform. As a result, the new system significantly improves user convenience and flexibility in adding and developing application functions. This allows the system to easily adapt to changing user needs and enables efficient implementation of necessary changes.
QA tests
